目的 探讨血浆和房水内皮素－ｌ（ＥＴ－１），白细胞介素－８（ＩＬ－８）在人工晶状体植入术后动态变化的临床意义。方法 对２４例晶状体囊外摘出后房型人工晶状体植入术后家兔和２４只正常家兔进行血浆和房水ＥＴ－ｌ，ＩＬ－８测定，检测方法为放射免疫测定。结果 ２４例术后均呈高内皮素及高ＩＬ－８血症，同时房水 ＥＴ－１， ＩＬ－８升高，且与术后恢复情况相关。结论 血浆和房水ＥＴ－ｌ，ＩＬ－８在晶状体囊外摘出、人工晶状体植入术后发生动态变化，与手术刺激有关，可作为监测术后恢复情况，估计病人预后及转归的实验室指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of ET-1 and IL-8 in plasma and aqueous humor after intraocular lens implantation. Methods Plasma and aqueous humor ET-1 and IL-8 were measured in 24 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and 24 cases of normal posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. The detection method was radioimmunoassay. Results All of the 24 cases showed high endothelin and high IL-8. All the patients had elevated ET-1 and IL-8 levels in aqueous humor, which were correlated with postoperative recovery. Conclusion Plasma and aqueous humor ET-1 and IL-8 in the extracapsular lens and intraocular lens implantation are dynamic changes after surgery, which are related to the surgical stimulation. It can be used as a laboratory to monitor postoperative recovery, prognosis and prognosis index.
