班组是企业最基本的生产单位,是企业创造利润的最基本保障,是企业各项工作的具体实践者。班组建设与管理水平的高低,直接影响着企业可持续发展能力和核心竞争能力的提高。为了让广大员工切身感受到企业文化的温暖与关怀,切实缓解一线员工的工作压力,不断提高企业运营管理水平,中国移动江苏南京分公司(简称南京移动)于2007年上半年在全公司范围内正式启动了班组建设工作,精心策划系列主题活动,科学开展指导和测评,及时表彰先进,总结经验。一年多来,基层班组建设作为企业的一项重点中心工作得到持续长效开展,南京移动重点通过制度规范建设、主题活动开展、考评激励措施不断推动公司基层班组从“自然成长”到“有效管理”转变,在卓越基层班组的建设和管理方面进行了一系列有益的探索和实践。

Over the past year or so, the construction of grass-roots team as a key center for the enterprise has been sustained and long-term development, Nanjing Mobile focused on the construction of the system through norms, thematic activities, evaluation incentives continue to promote the company’s grassroots team from “Effective Management ”, and carried out a series of beneficial explorations and practices in the construction and management of outstanding grassroots work teams.
