随社会的发展,家长对幼儿教育越来越重视,幼儿教育管理问题也越来越多地受到社会的普遍关注。此背景下,本文主要运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,结合管理学、教育学中的一些基本原理,认为要搞好当前幼儿教育管理工作,就必须注重以下五个方面。
With the development of society, parents pay more and more attention to preschool education, and the issue of preschool education management is also more and more concerned by society. In this context, this paper mainly uses the literature data method and the logic analysis method, combined with some basic principles in management science and pedagogy, believes that we must pay attention to the following five aspects in order to improve current management of early childhood education.
