图书馆FAQ服务方兴未艾,然而FAQ知识整合过程中存在着潜在的风险。文章在分析FAQ服务及其知识整合概念的基础上,详细分析图书馆FAQ服务中知识整合的风险如读者选择、新技术运用、读者需求的过度依赖、读者文档流失、归类与过滤错误等诸多风险,相应地提出从加强FAQ知识整合的风险过程管理,FAQ知识整合专有技术的泄密防范及知识产权分割,规范读者的知识产权信息使用行为及减少对读者知识的过度依赖,实施读者的分类管理及建立文档管理制度四方面强化风险的防范与控制,以实现FAQ知识整合效益最大化。
Library FAQ service is in the ascendant, however, there is a potential risk in the FAQ knowledge integration process.
