2004~2006年,通过对南宁、玉林、百色等广西部分地区薏苡种质资源进行考察,共收集到117份栽培和野生薏苡资源,并种植在试验地保存。通过对这些种质资源的农艺性状进行观察鉴定,并选择农艺特性好的材料进行育种,目前已育成3个品种,可应用于农业生产。为了了解来源于中国广西、日本、韩国的薏苡的多样性,对77份薏苡资源进行SSR分析,结果表明,按亲缘关系可将77份薏苡资源分为两大类群。其中3份来自韩国的薏苡资源遗传背景非常相似,组成一个大类群;其余薏苡资源则构成另一个大类群。研究还发现,种质材料的遗传差异与其地域来源没有明显的关系。
From 2004 to 2006, we investigated 117 germplasm resources of Coix lachryma-jobi in parts of Guangxi including Nanning, Yulin and Baise, and collected 117 cultivated and wild Coix lachryma-jobi resources. Through the observation and identification of the agronomic traits of these germplasm resources and the selection of materials with good agronomic characteristics for breeding, three varieties have been bred and can be applied to agricultural production. In order to understand the diversity of Coix lachryma-Pall from Guangxi, Japan and Korea, SSR analysis of 77 Coix lachryma-jobi (Coix lachryma-jobi) resources showed that 77 coix resources were divided into two groups. Three of the Coix resources from Korea are very similar in genetic background, forming a large group; the remaining coix resources constitute another large group. The study also found that the genetic differences between germplasm and their geographical origin are not significantly related.
