1.Develop and implement standardization strategy,to continuously improve“Quality,Shenzhen”rn1.1 Develop and implement the strategic outline,to promote the leapforward development of standardization in Shenzhen.During the “11th FiveYear” Plan period,Shenzhen developed the “Outline for Implementation of Standardization Strategy in Shenzhen (2007-2010)” (the Outline for short) and took the lead to carry out urban standardization strategy.According to the Outline,another two documents of “Fund Management Measures for Implementing Standardization Strategy in Shenzhen” and “Incentives for Standardization Innovation of Shenzhen”were issued,providing financial support for enterprises and public institutions to conduct standardization activities.
