党的十八届四中全会指出,党对司法工作的领导,既是中国特色社会主义的最本质特征,又是社会主义法治的最根本保证,既是历史经验的总结,又是现实发展的需要;既是国家命脉所在,又是人民福祉保障;既是宪法的明确要求,又是法治的本质体现。因此,党对司法工作的领导只能加强,不能削弱。笔者结合在党校的学习研讨,谈几点看法。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the party’s leadership over judicial work is both the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the most fundamental guarantee for the socialist rule of law. It is both a summary of historical experience and a need for realistic development. It is not only the lifeblood of the country, but also the welfare guarantee of the people. It is not only the explicit requirement of the constitution but also the essence of the rule of law. Therefore, the party’s leadership over judicial work can only be strengthened and can not be weakened. I combine the study and discussion in the party school, talk about a few comments.
