主席、各位委员、各位代表先生、各位同志:福建省人民政府委员会第一次会议,军区司令部各同志得能列席参加,与全体委员、全省各界代表欢聚在一堂,感觉着无限的荣幸与愉快。这次会议,标志着福建人民的团结更加巩固。我们从主席、副主席,各厅、局、处、各市、专区负责同志关于一年来工作的报告中,不论在政治上、军事上和财经建设及文教方面,都有了显著的成绩与收获。这些成绩是由于中国共产党和毛主席、中央人民政府、华东军政委员会的正确领导,并由于张主席直接领导与政府工作同志一致努力的结果,以及广大人民热烈支持的伟大成就。在此同时,我们也听到报告中严正的指出了过去一年中工作的错
Madam President, Members, Delegates, Comrades: At the first meeting of the Fujian Provincial People’s Government Committee, comrades of the Military Command Competent were able to attend and join together with all the members of the province and representatives from all walks of life in the province. I feel boundlessly honored happy. This meeting marks a further consolidation of the unity of the people in Fujian. From the reports of the presidents, vice-presidents, departments, bureaus, offices, cities and prefectural departments in charge of their work over the past year, we have made remarkable achievements and gains both in politics, in military matters, in financial construction and in culture and education. These achievements are due to the correct leadership of the CPC and Chairman Mao, the Central People’s Government and the East China Military and Political Committee, and the result of the unanimous efforts made by Chairman Zhang in direct leadership and government work, as well as the great achievements warmly supported by the broad masses of people. At the same time, we have also heard the report solemnly point out the mistakes made in the work of the past year
