利用花药培养技术对籼型两用核不育水稻的杂种 F1 进行花药培养 ,获得了大量的绿苗 ,从组合 M2 S /培矮 S中选育出一批带淡绿叶标记的籼型两用核不育 DH品系 ,选择部分 DH系进入人工气候箱鉴定其光温反应特性 ,结果表明DH系之间的光温反应特性差异较大。通过亲本、F1 、F2 和 BC1 世代的遗传研究表明 ,两用核不育基因从感光的晚粳农垦 5 8S转导至弱感光的籼稻 M2 S后 ,表现为由 2对主基因控制 ,微效基因的修饰作用明显 ;淡绿叶性状由 1对基因控制 ,两用核不育基因与淡绿叶基因之间不存在连锁。还对两用核不育基因的遗传分析条件、花药培养效果及其在两用核不育系选育中的作用进行了讨论
Anther culture was used to cultivate hybrid F1 of indica rice. The results showed that a large number of green shoots were obtained from anther culture and a number of indica dual - purpose The genotypes of nuclear sterile DH were selected and part of them were selected into the artificial climate chamber to identify their photosynthetic and thermo-chemical reaction characteristics. The results showed that there were significant differences in the light and temperature response characteristics between DH lines. The genetic studies of parents, F1, F2 and BC1 generations showed that the two-nuclear genic male sterile gene was transferred from late japonica Nongken588 to light-sensitive indica M2S, which was controlled by two pairs of major genes. Gene modification is obvious; light green leaf traits controlled by a pair of genes, genic male sterile gene and light green leaf gene does not exist between the chain. The genetic analysis conditions of bi-genic male sterility genes, the effect of anther culture and their roles in breeding of biphasic male sterile lines were also discussed
