目的探讨16层螺旋CT(MSCT)对先天性心脏病心外大血管畸形的诊断价值。方法对73例经手术证实的心脏MSCT和超声心动图(TTE)资料进行回顾性分析,并与手术结果对照。结果 73例患者MSCT显示动脉导管未闭23例,肺动脉狭窄17例,主动脉骑跨9例,肺静脉异位引流8例,主动脉缩窄2例,右位主动脉弓、降主动脉7例,肺动脉缺如2例,主动脉异位1例,主动脉-肺动脉异位引流1例,永存动脉干1例,左侧上腔静脉2例,经手术证实畸形92处,其中MSCT、TTE的诊断准确率分别为为100%、83.3%。结论 MSCT对先心病心外大血管畸形具有重要的诊断价值,其与TTE联合应用可提高先心病的诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of extra-cardiac major vascular malformations in congenital heart disease. Methods 73 cases of surgically confirmed cardiac MSCT and echocardiography (TTE) data were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the surgical results. Results 73 cases of MSCT showed patent ductus arteriosus in 23 cases, pulmonary stenosis in 17 cases, aortic cross-clamping in 9 cases, pulmonary venous drainage in 8 cases, aortic stenosis in 2 cases, right aortic arch, descending aorta in 7 cases, pulmonary artery In 2 cases, aortic ectopic in 1 case, aortic - pulmonary ectopic drainage in 1 case, permanent artery dry in 1 case, left superior vena cava in 2 cases, 92 cases confirmed by surgery, of which MSCT, TTE accurate diagnosis The rates were 100% and 83.3% respectively. Conclusion MSCT has important diagnostic value for extracardiac macrovascular malformations in congenital heart disease. Combined with TTE, MSCT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of congenital heart disease.
