作者用静脉滴注硫酸镁(MgSO_4)治疗10例轻度哮喘患者和3例重度哮喘患者,疗效满意。患者与方法:随机选择10例轻度支气管哮喘患者,平均年龄53岁,男性6例,女性4例。全部患者的心肾功能正常,全部患者都接受过包括β-兴奋剂和/或茶碱衍生物在内的维持性治疗。进入本研究前12小时,未使用其它的药物。研究始终均监测每例患者的血压、心率以及心电图。测定用力肺活量
The authors treated 10 patients with mild asthma and 3 patients with severe asthma by intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate (MgSO 4), with satisfactory results. Patients and Methods: Ten patients with mild bronchial asthma were randomly selected. The mean age was 53 years. There were 6 males and 4 females. All patients had normal cardiac and renal function and all received maintenance therapy, including beta-agonists and / or theophylline derivatives.
