长江流域第二次档案工作协作会议1995年5月22日至25日在上海浦东召开。来自四川、湖南、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏、上海等六省一市的代表,围绕开发区档案管理这一主题,进行了交流和研讨。国家档案局刘国能副局长和杨少田司长参加了会议,《中国档案报》和《中国档案》杂志也都派员对会议进行了采访。 开发区是率先建立社会主义市场经济体制、启动经济快速发展的试验区。开发区的档案工作则是伴随着开发区的建立而出现的新内容。如何根据开发区的特点去加强开发区档案的管理和利用,有效地为开发区建设发展服务,是社会主义市场经济体制下,档案工作深化改革的重要内容之一。 现将这次会议交流、研讨的有关内容摘要辑录于下,以供大家在工作中借鉴或参考。
The Second Archives Collaboration Conference of the Yangtze River Basin was held on May 22-25, 1995 in Pudong, Shanghai. Representatives from six provinces and one city in Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shanghai conducted exchanges and discussions around the theme of archives management in the development zone. Deputy Director Liu Guoneng and Director Yang Shaotian of the National Archives Bureau attended the meeting. Both the “China Archives Newspaper” and the “China Archives” magazine also dispatched officers to interview the conference. Development Zone is the first to establish a socialist market economic system and start a rapid economic development pilot area. The development of archival work is accompanied by the establishment of the development zone and emerged new content. How to strengthen the management and utilization of archives in TEDA according to the characteristics of TEDA and effectively serve the construction and development of TEDA is one of the important contents of deepening the reform of archives work under the socialist market economic system.
