根据《企业国有产权转让管理暂行办法》、《上海市产权交易市场管理办法》和《上海市选择确定产权经纪机构试行办法》等有关规定,市产管办在市国资委的领导下,于2009年3月11日组织召开选择确定2009执业年度从事企业国有产权交易中介业务经纪机构的评审会议。由市国资委、市监察局、市工商局、市产管办、联交所、市执业经纪人协会及产权专业委员会等单位有关人员组成的评审委员会,从执业业绩、执业能力,规范执业和公司管理等四个方面,对86家产权经纪机构提交的申报材料进行了全面评审。经评审委员会集中评审、独立评判形成的评审意见,完成上报市国资委备案及网上公示程序后,现确定:上海产权集团有限公司等56家经纪机构为开拓发展类机构,上海地久产权经纪有限公司等30家经纪机构为推动发展类机构,可以在2009执业年度(2009年4月1日-2010年3月31日)从事企业国有产权交易中介业务。
According to the Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Transfer of State-owned Property Rights of Enterprises, the Measures for the Administration of Shanghai Property Rights Exchange Market and the Measures for the Trial Implementation of Shanghai’s Choice of Determined Property Rights Brokerage Institutions, the Municipal Property Management Office under the leadership of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council On March 11, 2009, a review meeting was held to determine the 2009 brokerage firms that selected the 2009 state-owned property rights trading intermediary business. The appraisal committee composed of relevant personnel from SASAC, Municipal Supervision Bureau, Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce, Municipal Production Management Office, the Stock Exchange, the City Association of Professional Brokers and the Property Rights Professional Committee shall, from the perspective of practice performance and practicing ability, standardize the practice and Company management and other four aspects of the 86 property rights brokerage agencies to submit the application materials conducted a comprehensive review. After reviewing the review opinions formed by the appraisal committee and independent judgments, and completing the procedures for reporting to SASAC and online publicity, it is hereby confirmed that 56 brokerage institutions, such as Shanghai Property Group Co., Ltd., are the pioneering and development agencies, and Shanghai Jiujiu Title Brokerage Limited Companies and other 30 brokerage institutions to promote the development of institutions, may 2009 year of practice (April 1, 2009 - March 31, 2010) engaged in state-owned property transactions intermediary business.
