1例患者因坠落伤诊断为双腕部粉碎性骨折而住我院骨科治疗。由于延误了乙状结肠扭转诊断致患者弥漫性腹膜炎、中毒性休克致急性肾功能衰竭。在救治护理这例临床少见的病例中，我们对患者术后进行严密观察，细致护理，终使患者痊愈。现将教训及护理总结如下。1临床资料患者男性
