本文综述了置惰性IUD、CuIUD和含甾体IUD有关的子宫内膜组织和宫腔液成分的生化变化。各种IUD均在内膜水平干扰生殖生理过程,引起内膜中中性白细胞、单核细胞及浆细胞显著增加。惰性IUD的抗生育作用与宫内白细胞增加直接有关。CuIUD引起的子宫内膜酶活性增强与其避孕作用有关。含甾体IUD对子宫内膜的增殖活性具强烈抑制作用并相应影响酶活性,其异物反应与惰性IUD相似。置IUD妇女子宫内膜纤溶活性增强与不规则出血有关。子宫内膜创伤和纤溶活性增强也可干扰正常子宫内膜的防御功能。
This review summarizes the biochemical changes of IUD, CuIUD, steroid IUD-related endometrial tissue and uterine fluid components. Various IUDs interfere with reproductive physiology at the intima level, causing a significant increase in neutrophils, monocytes and plasma cells in the intima. The anti-fertility effect of IUD is directly related to the increase of intrauterine leukocytes. CuIUD-induced increase in endometrial enzyme activity and its role in contraception. The steroid-containing IUD has a strong inhibitory effect on the proliferative activity of the endometrium and correspondingly affects the enzyme activity, and the foreign body reaction is similar to the inert IUD. IUD women with endometrial fibrinolytic activity increased and irregular bleeding related. Increased endometrial trauma and fibrinolytic activity may also interfere with the defense function of normal endometrium.
