原发性回盲部恶性纤维组织细胞瘤罕见 ,我院遇到 1例 ,经手术病理证实 ,报告如下。患者 女 ,72岁 ,右下腹部包块伴间断性疼痛半年余。查体 :右下腹部压痛 ,可触及一约 5ｃｍ× 6ｃｍ大小肿块 ,质硬 ,活动度差。全身表浅淋巴结无肿大。实验室检查 :血常规正常 ,大便潜血 ( ++)
Primary ileocecal malignant fibrous histiocytoma rare, our hospital encountered a case, confirmed by surgical pathology, the report is as follows. Female patient, 72 years old, right lower abdominal mass with intermittent pain more than six months. Physical examination: right lower quadrant tenderness, palpable about a 5cm × 6cm size of the mass, hard, poor activity. Whole body superficial lymph nodes without swelling. Laboratory tests: normal blood, fecal occult blood (++)
