我国古人在长期的生产生活实践中,积累了丰富的火灾防范经验,并且各朝各代对失火都制定了详细的刑法以惩罚火灾责任人、制约火灾的发生。笔者搜集了一下相关材料,就古代防火及火灾刑罚的内容进行了一次系统的梳理,希望古人的防火实践和经验及对火灾责任人的处理方法能对今天的消防工作有所助益。
Our ancients in the long period of production and living practices, has accumulated rich experience in fire prevention, and each generation toward the fire have developed a detailed criminal law to punish those responsible for the fire, restricting the occurrence of the fire. The author has collected some relevant materials and systematically sorted out the contents of ancient fire prevention and fire punishment. I hope that the ancients’ fire prevention practices and experiences and the methods of dealing with the responsible fire victims will be of great help to today’s fire fighting work.
