本文根据疲劳裂纹扩展的规律和数学理论,建立了疲劳裂纹扩展全过程的数学模型其中,六种材料实验数据的验证和与已有模型的对比,表明这个模型优于已有模型,具有较好的适用性和较高的精确度。应用这个模型进行了计算机仿真、预测与控制等。 另外,作者还提出了计算(dα/dN)_i的新方法,确定△K_(th)、△K_Ⅰ、△K_Ⅱ和K_C的数学方法,结果令人满意。 在充分使用计算机的基础上研制了疲劳裂纹扩展程序系统FAMMAP。与现有程序系统相比,FAMMAP具有功能强、标准化和使用简便等优点。
