国华台山发电厂3,4,5号600MW燃煤机组煤粉锅炉中应用了等离子点火装置。在投运等离子点火装置前,应对等离子点火系统进行调试。等离子点火装置各分系统的调试包括冷却水系统的调试、载体风和等离子火检冷却风系统的调试、一及二次风系统的调试、等离子燃烧器冷态拉弧试验的调试、图像火检系统的调试、等离子点火系统各联锁、保护的试验。等离子点火装置首次启动时,应验证燃烧器的点火和稳燃能力、断弧复燃能力,测定不同煤粉量下火焰温度及各项联锁和保护的可靠性。

When the plasma ignition device is started for the first time, the ignition and steady-burning capability of the burner, the capability of breaking off the arc, and the flame temperature under different amounts of pulverized coal and the reliability of each interlocking and protection should be verified.
