为进一步贯彻落实十七届六中全会和第九届文代会的会议精神,繁荣歌曲艺术创作,充分激发广大专业业余词曲作者的艺术创新潜力与热情,促进我国歌曲艺术创作的全面提高,经研究决定,由中国音乐文学学会、中国教育学会音乐教育分会信息管理中心、《音乐大观》杂志社共同举办2013年首届全国优秀歌词歌曲创作演唱大赛活动,现将本次大赛作品征集事项公告如下:一、参赛条件凡专业业余作者、演唱者均可参赛,籍贯、性别、年龄、职业不限;可以单独个人参赛、亦可组队团体参赛。二、参赛时间2013年05月15日至2013年12月31日三、参赛作品要求
