数字式流量控制阀较常用的模拟式调节阀具有分辨率高、精度高、响应快、重复性和开关性好,便于计算机控制等特点。目前已用于中高压(0.2~6.0MPa)气瓶减压器特性和中低压(0.1~0.8MPa)气动元件特性的计算机辅助测试中,并获得了满意的结果。本文将着重于对气动元件特性测试中用于流量调节控制的数字阀的设计原则进行讨论。
Digital flow control valve is more commonly used analog control valve with high resolution, high precision, fast response, repeatability and good switching, easy to computer control and so on. Has been used for medium and high pressure (0.2 ~ 6.0MPa) cylinder pressure reducer characteristics and low pressure (0.1 ~ 0.8MPa) aerodynamic components of computer-aided testing, and obtained satisfactory results. This article will focus on the design principles of digital valves used for flow regulation control in pneumatic component characterization.
