天津地铁3号线自运营以来,客室门制动器故障频发,严重影响正线运营。为了根除这一问题,准备通过制动器升级来解决,即将既有车客室门使用的35C制动器升级成35D制动器。理论和性能上35D制动器是35C的一个升级版,在现场将进行装车试验和配套软件试验,主要从这两个方面来验证新型制动器是否符合现场的要求。目前实验效果良好,即将开展全面改造。
Since the operation of Tianjin Subway Line 3, passenger door brakes frequently occur, seriously affecting the operation of the main line. In order to eradicate this problem, ready to be resolved through the brake upgrade, the 35C brakes used to existing passenger cabin door to upgrade to 35D brakes. Theory and performance 35D brake is an upgraded version of the 35C, the loading test will be carried out on site and supporting software testing, mainly from these two aspects to verify whether the new brake meets the requirements of the scene. The current experimental results are good, about to carry out a comprehensive transformation.
