我校学生大半为进城务工子女,家长对孩子的监管不到位,辅导跟不上。所以,几年来,我根据学困生比例较大的实际情况,在教学中尝试了多种多样的办法提高教学质量。尤为显著的是在语文教学中采取的分类推进的方法,提高了语文教学效率。具体做法是:提出“扶差”、“保优”的方案,制订教学目标、教学要求以及相应的训练计划,调动了学生的学习积极性,取得了大面积提高语文教学质量的成效。我的主要做法是:一、调查研究,分类站队,分别对待
