研究药物和DNA的相互作用是药物发现和药品研发过程中最重要的课题之一。近年来,人们对抗癌药物和DNA之间相互作用的电化学研究方法越来越感兴趣。考察DNA或者药物相互作用前后的电化学信号对阐明相互作用机制提供了很好的证据。这种相互作用也可以用来对药物进行定量,或者测定靶向DNA的新药。电化学研究方法为合理的药物设计与理解抗癌药物和DNA之间相互作用的机制提供了新的思路。
Studying drug-DNA interaction is one of the most important issues in drug discovery and drug discovery. In recent years, there has been increasing interest in electrochemical research methods for the interaction between anti-cancer drugs and DNA. Examining the electrochemical signals before and after DNA or drug interactions provides good evidence for elucidating the mechanism of interaction. This interaction can also be used to quantify drugs or to determine new drugs that target DNA. Electrochemical methods provide a new idea for rational drug design and understanding of the mechanisms of interaction between anticancer drugs and DNA.
