9月23至27日,被列入省水利厅2013年度培训计划的全省水利宣传摄影培训班在南京举办。本次培训由省水利信息中心主办、南京师范大学新闻与传播学院承办,来自全省水利系统的60余人参加了培训。本次培训面向全省水利系统各级部门新闻宣传通讯员及摄影爱好者,在摄影技术基础、摄影构图、数码后期制作、新闻摄影学、新闻摄影实战及优秀作品赏析等方面进行学习,旨在提升我省水利宣传队伍的整体摄影水平。培训班配备了雄厚的师资力量,邀请了包括省摄影
