我厂工人王延寿同志,由于破除了迷信,樹立了高尚的共產主义風格,大胆的学習苏联先進经验,在今年三月已經在我厂金屬結构車間試驗成功了电鉚焊。在苏联,电鉚焊还是近几年來才采用的一种新工藝,它适用于一般薄鋼板和型鋼結构、外罩骨架、护板、擋板等联結。根据各种焊接要求,它还可以代替鉚合工作和一部份电焊工作。这种新穎的焊接工藝在農业机械、建筑机械、船舶制造等方面都有很广泛的用途。由于这种焊接工藝是采用大功率的焊接电弧,所以它的生產率有顯著提高,同时在使用时,操作方便,不用高級技術工人操作,又可節約大量焊条。薄板金属的电鉚焊接,实际上是一种变态的熔剂層下的焊接,它在我國有广闊的發展前途。这門新的焊接工藝在我國成功,也标志看我國焊接事业已經跨上了世界先進的行列,为我國焊接技术开辟了一条新的道路。
As a result of breaking superstitions and establishing a noble communist style, our factory worker Wang Yanshou learned boldly the advanced experience of the Soviet Union and succeeded in electroforming welding in our plant metal structure workshop in March this year. In the Soviet Union, electric welding or welding in recent years before using a new technology, it is suitable for the general thin steel and steel structure, housing skeleton, shield, baffle and other connections. According to a variety of welding requirements, it can replace riveting work and part of the welding work. This novel welding process has a wide range of uses in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, shipbuilding and more. Because of this welding process is the use of high-power welding arc, so its productivity has increased significantly, while using, easy to operate, without the use of senior technical workers, but also save a lot of welding rod. Sheet metal welding of electricity, in fact, is a metamorphic flux layer welding, it has broad prospects for development in our country. The success of this new welding process in our country also marks that our country’s welding business has stepped into the advanced ranks in the world and opened up a new road for our country’s welding technology.
