本刊1962年7月号发表了“机床导轨精度的测量及其误差计算”一文后,曾收到多位读者的来信,对文中若干问题提出各人不同的看法。天津市机床厂周润泉同志认为:(1)关于角度偏差法与坐标值法两种计算方法的分析比较——原文认为角度偏差法有缺陷,而本人认为,按理论上说,角度偏差是代表导轨真实曲线在各点处的斜率。因此,它在实际上反映导轨曲线在各点处上升下降的趋势。单位长以角度偏差进行考核,意味着限制导轨局部出现较大的坡度。它对与工作台的接触情况起着良好作用;尤其对于工作台短的机床,其效果要比用线性偏差控制单位长要好。
After the publication of the article entitled “Measurement and Error Calculation of Machine Tool Guideway Accuracy” published in July 1962, we received letters from many readers and put forward different views on some issues in the article.
