为了了解坝系工程在新疆小流域治理中的应用效果,考察阿勒泰将军沟以坝系工程措施为主的小流域治理模式的效果和问题。结果表明:坝系工程在短期内能有效地降低洪水流速,拦挡泥沙;但将军沟植被稀少,沟壑纵横,季节性洪水冲刷,导致坝系损毁严重,单纯的坝系工程并不能有效地抑制水土流失,且造成投资浪费。提出在新疆特殊的自然地理环境条件下,必须以生态修复为主,坝系工程为辅助措施,因害设防,才能达到减轻水土流失的目的。
In order to understand the effect of dam system in the small watershed management in Xinjiang, the effects and problems of the small watershed management model dominated by the engineering measures of the Gouyi dam system in General Aletai were investigated. The results show that the dam system can effectively reduce the velocity of flood and block the sediment in a short period of time. However, the vegetation in Junjanggou is scarce, the ravines are ravaged by seasonal flooding, resulting in serious damage to the dam system. The dam system alone can not be effectively restrained Soil and water loss, and resulting in waste of investment. It is proposed that under the special natural and geographical environment in Xinjiang, ecological restoration must be the mainstay and the dam system should be an auxiliary measure to prevent water loss and soil erosion.
