劳动者可以选择用人单位所在地、本人户籍所在地或者经常居住地的职业病诊断机构进行职业病诊断。职业病诊断机构,为省级卫生行政部门结合本行政区域职业病防治工作制定设置规划,报省级人民政府批准后实施。职业病诊断机构应当按照《职业病防治法》《职业病诊断与鉴定管理办法》和国家职业病诊断标准,依据劳动者的职业史、职业病危害接触史和工作场所职业病危害
The worker may choose to diagnose the occupational disease by using the place where the employer is located, the place where he or she resides, or the occupational disease diagnosis institution where he or she resides permanently. Occupational disease diagnosis agencies, for the provincial health administrative departments in conjunction with the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in the administrative region to develop setting plans, to the provincial people’s government for approval after the implementation.
