随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深入,加强对资金的有效管理也成为了企事业单位发展中的一项重要工作,项目支出预算作为资金管理的重要内容,能够使企事业单位对项目资金未来的使用情况进行全面掌控,实现资金的有效利用。鉴于此,本文主要从三个方面出发,对项目支出预算全过程监管模式的构建进行探讨,确保监管模式构建的科学性和合理性,从而进一步提升项目资金的使用效率。
