1983年国际单片集成电路和微波技术讨论会于5月30日至6月3日在美国波士顿召开,大会共发表论文189篇.其主要内容有:微波及毫米波单片集成电路、微波滤波器及无源网络、近毫米波技术、毫米波固体器件、微波生物效应、GaAs FET放大器和振荡器、毫米波集成电路、声表面波滤波器、GaAs FET在整机系统中的应用、波导结构中的新效应、微波系统、Impatt二极管功率合成器、MIC微波测量、半导体控制电路、微波集成电路、微波通讯系统、低噪声接收技术、场理论等近20个方面.包括了微波领域中的主要新成就、新技术及新动向,是一年一度的微波技术盛会.下面着重介绍笔者认为比较重要的几个部分.
