目的:建立微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定人发中总锑的方法。方法:发样经微波消解后,以抗坏血酸、硫脲为还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定锑的浓度。结果:本法在锑浓度为0 ng/ml~20 ng/ml的范围具有良好的相关系数(r=0.9998),其最低检出浓度为0.096 ng/ml。应用此法对发样进行加标回收实验,加入量为5.0 ng/ml时,回收率范围为87.1%~97.5%,平均回收率92.6%;加入量为10.0ng/ml时,回收率范围为92.0%~101.2%,平均回收率96.2%。结论:该法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于人发中微量锑的快速测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total antimony in human hair by microwave digestion-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: After the samples were digested by microwave, ascorbic acid and thiourea were used as reductant to determine the concentration of antimony by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydride generation. Results: The method has a good correlation coefficient (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0 ng / ml ~ 20 ng / ml and the lowest detection limit is 0.096 ng / ml. The spiked samples were spiked with this method. The recoveries ranged from 87.1% to 97.5% and the average recovery was 92.6% at 5.0 ng / ml. The recoveries ranged from 92.0% ~ 101.2%, the average recovery was 96.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the rapid determination of trace antimony in human hair.
