CH-20型混凝土高效能减水剂是以目前国内还未开发的日本日曹砂浆建筑公司的“NP-20”为基础进行研制的。其主要特点是以廉价的第三组分取代部分密胺,旨在降低成本,同时进一步提高性能,不仅超过了我国混凝土高效能减水剂国家标准(JGJ56-84)规定的技术指标,而且还明显地超过了日本同类产品的技术指标。目前,这种新型高效能减水剂已投入年产1000t规模的工业化生产。经应用表明,在相同的抗压强度和流动度条件下,在混凝土中掺加水泥重量的0.25%~0.5%(按有效成分计)的CH-20型高效能减水剂,可节省水泥
The CH-20 concrete high performance water reducer is developed on the basis of the “NP-20” of Japan Risoo Mortar Construction Co. Its main feature is to replace part of the melamine with a cheap third component, aiming at reducing costs while further improving performance. It not only exceeds the technical specifications specified by the National Standard for Concrete High-performance Water Reducing Agent (JGJ56-84), but also Obviously exceeded the technical indicators of similar products in Japan. At present, this new high-efficiency water-reducing agent has been put into industrial production with an annual output of 1,000 tons. The application shows that, under the same compressive strength and fluidity conditions, the addition of 0.25% to 0.5% (by active ingredients) of the cement-based high-efficiency water-reducing agent CH-20 in concrete can save cement.
