目的探讨代谢综合征血清瘦素变化及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院生长发育门诊就诊儿童,MS组35例,SO组35例,对照组35例。对3组血清瘦素(leptin,Lep)水平进行检测,并与血生化指标和体质指数进行相关性分析。结果 MS组Lep为(11 337.36±1 074.98)ng/L,SO组Lep为(5 536.44±291.21)ng/L,对照组Lep为(3 395.42±113.05)ng/L;SO组和对照组差异有统计学意义(t=40.55,P<0.01),MS组与对照组差异有统计学意义(t=43.47,P<0.01),MS组和SO组差异有统计学意义(t=9.71,P<0.01);血清Lep与BMI呈正相关(r=0.71,P<0.01),与血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白呈正相关(r=0.93;r=0.76;r=0.91;r=0.67,P<0.01),与高密度脂蛋白呈明显负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.01)。结论血清Lep水平可反应儿童MS病情及进展。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum leptin in metabolic syndrome and its clinical significance. Methods Retrospective analysis of growth and development clinics in our hospital for children, 35 patients in the MS group, 35 patients in the SO group and 35 patients in the control group. The levels of leptin (Lep) in the three groups were detected, and the correlations were analyzed with blood biochemical indexes and body mass index. Results Lep was (11 337.36 ± 1074.98) ng / L in MS group, Lep was (5 536.44 ± 291.21) ng / L in SO group, Lep was (3993.42 ± 113.05) ng / L in SO group and control group (T = 40.55, P <0.01). The difference between MS group and control group was statistically significant (t = 43.47, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between MS group and SO group <0.01). Lep was positively correlated with BMI (r = 0.71, P <0.01), and positively correlated with blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein (r = 0.93; r = 0.76; = 0.67, P <0.01), and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein (r = -0.76, P <0.01). Conclusion Serum Lep level can reflect the status and progress of children with MS.
