黄河流域地处我国腹地 ,多年平均降水量 45 5 .5mm。 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,黄河流域持续干旱少雨 ,沿黄地区引用黄河水量普遍增加 ,致使全河径流普遍偏枯 ,下游非汛期频繁断流。对黄河流域的降水及径流的分析结果表明 ,90年代以来 ,黄河流域降水量和径流量都发生了较大的变化 ,实测径流的变化幅度远大于天然径流。
The Yellow River basin is located in the hinterland of China, with an average annual rainfall of 455.5mm. Since the 1990s, the Yellow River Basin continued to suffer from aridity and no rainfall. The Yellow River water quota generally increased along the Yellow River, resulting in widespread runoff in the whole river and frequent discontinuities in downstream non-flood season. The analysis of precipitation and runoff in the Yellow River Basin shows that the precipitation and runoff in the Yellow River Basin have undergone great changes since the 1990s, and the measured runoff changes are much larger than the natural runoff.
