随着现代电子技术的发展,对数据采集系统的要求也越来越高。文章对采用典型的数据采集系统构成进行研究后提出基于CPLD和单片机的高速数据采集系统的方案,该方案将来自高速A/D转换器的采样数据直接写入RAM中,计数器及采样脉冲产生等核心逻辑功能与A/D转换器工作方式的选择用CPLD实现,单片机则实现控制数据通信接口。通过系统测试表明该方案在对200 kHz以下的信号采集时,能够取得较好的效果。
With the development of modern electronic technology, the requirements for data acquisition system are also getting higher and higher. This paper proposes a scheme of high-speed data acquisition system based on CPLD and single-chip microcomputer after studying the structure of a typical data acquisition system.
