湖北省丹江口库区及上游水土保持一期工程包含7个县(市、区)的46个项目区、234条小流域。截至目前,工程已累计完成投资10.4亿元,完成水土流失治理面积4 638 km2,全面完成了治理任务,并取得了预期成效。突出表现是:粮食安全保障有力,农村经济发展后劲十足,生态环境明显改善,社会效益明显提高。其主要经验是在项目建设管理过程中,重点加强项目责任落实、前期工作、工程建管和项目宣传等方面工作。
The first phase project of soil and water conservation in Danjiangkou reservoir area and the upper reaches of Hubei Province consists of 46 project areas and 234 small watersheds in 7 counties (cities and districts). Up to now, the project has completed a total investment of 1.04 billion yuan to complete the erosion control area of 4638 km2, fully completed the task of governance and achieved the expected results. Outstanding performance is: vigorous food security, the full potential of rural economic development, ecological environment improved significantly, social benefits improved significantly. Its main experience is in the process of project construction and management, focusing on strengthening project responsibility implementation, preliminary work, project management and project publicity and other aspects of work.
