(1)广东省单个规模最大的LED路灯节能改造项目——清远市城区LED路灯节能改造2012年9月,在“广东省推广应用LED照明产品工作会议”召开后三个月,第一个城市LED路灯改造项目——清远城区LED路灯改造项目启动。该项目是《广东省推广使用LED照明产品实施方案》发布以来,第一个公开挂网招标的城市路灯LED改造项目,同时也是迄今为止广东省单个规模最大的LED路灯节能改造项目。项目中标的南网能源公司于2013年3月开工,历时一年完成全部改造任务。在商业模式上,清远市的整体改造项目采用了“合同能源管理(EMC)+LED照明产品运作”模式。通过政府采
