分析了大气温度和压力变化对柴油机性能的影响;采用GT-Power软件对柴油机缸内工作过程进行模拟计算,并通过柴油机台架试验对仿真模型进行校核;经计算得到:随着大气温度的升高,缸内最高爆发压力和柴油机功率降低,燃油消耗率升高;随着大气压力的升高,缸内最高爆发压力和功率增大,燃油消耗率降低。研究结果可为研究柴油机对复杂环境的适应性提供参考依据。
The influence of atmospheric temperature and pressure on the performance of diesel engine was analyzed. GT-Power software was used to simulate the working process of diesel engine and the simulation model was verified by diesel engine bench test. The calculated results show that with the increase of atmospheric temperature The maximum burst pressure in the cylinder and the power of the diesel engine decrease, and the fuel consumption rate increases. With the increase of the atmospheric pressure, the maximum burst pressure and power in the cylinder increase, and the fuel consumption rate decreases. The results can provide a reference for studying the adaptability of diesel engine to complex environment.
