高职教育的教学服务体系中,教学服务提供者差距是引起学生感知服务质量差距的根本原因。文章以“服务质量差距分析模型”为工具,从教学服务提供者差距的角度,对高职教育教学服务质量差距作了分析,其主要目的是寻找教师在教学服务过程中存在的差距,研究出解决问题、缩小差距的方法,从而使教学服务达到优质、高效,提高教学服务质量。
In the teaching service system of higher vocational education, the gap of teaching service providers is the root cause of the perceived gap in service quality among students. Based on the analysis model of “service quality gap”, this paper analyzes the gap between the quality of teaching and service providers in higher vocational education from the perspective of the distance between service providers. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the gap between teachers in teaching service, Research to solve the problem, narrow the gap approach, so that teaching services to achieve high quality and efficiency, improve the quality of teaching services.
