近年来,在自治区党委、政府的高度重视和支持下,通过全区各地及有关部门的积极努力,我区农村文化步伐逐年加快,文化设施建设严重滞后的状况得以改变,群众精神文化生活不断丰富,社会风气明显好转。一、农村文化建设的基本情况我区共有28个县(市、区),563万人口,399万在农村。(一)农村文化设施基本情况全区农村共有各类文化站(中心)、室、队1358个。其中乡(镇)文化站343个、合格119个,占34.7%,不合格224个,占65.3%。村级文化活动室778个,仅占村级总数的29.6%。农村电影放映队237个,占乡(镇)总数的69.1%。这些文化机构和设施,为开展群众文化活动提供了基本保证,促进了农
