The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of heavy metal elements Zn on the stems, seedling height, root length and root number of Cinnamomum camphora, aiming to provide the basis for the cultivation of camphora in heavy metal soils. In this paper, nutrition camphor cultivation camphor, according to the growth of camphor heavy metal solution irrigation. Six different concentrations of heavy metal Zn were set up as 0, 100, 300, 500, 700 and 900 mg / L, respectively. Cultivation ends seedlings to determine the aboveground and underground indicators. The results showed that Zn treatment significantly increased the stem diameter of C. camphora. Under Zn treatment of 500 and 700 mg / L, the stem diameter of C. camphora was the heaviest, 27% higher than that of the control. Zn treatment camphor seedling height inhibition, the higher the concentration, the shorter the height of the seedling. Root length under Zn treatment also showed a decreasing trend compared with the control, a reduction of up to 50%. Low concentrations of Zn treatment on the root number of camphor has a role in promoting, with the increase in the concentration appears to reduce the situation. With the time and concentration of Zn stress increasing, proline content increased, SOD activity increased first, then decreased. Visible, heavy metal Zn camphor seedling height, root length and physiological activity inhibition.
