经交通部批准。《振动与冲击》编辑委员会第二次工作会议暨学术报告会于1983年3月20日至23日在上海龙柏饭店召开,出席会议的有来自我国力学、航空、造船和机械工程等系统的科研设计、工厂、院校共38个单位的52名代表。上海市科委付主任丁公量、交通部上海船舶运输科学研究所党委书记贾宗谊、付所长陈时雄出席了会议。他们在发言中对《振动与冲击》创刊一年来的工作给予了肯定与勉励,同时对杂志今后工作重点、编辑内容等重大问题提出了指导性意见。科学出版社、国防工业出版社、上海力学学会和上海科技报社也派员参加了会议。会议由主编胡海昌主持,编辑部负责人罗友祥同志对办刊一年多来的工作进行了总结。代表们在讨论中一致认为,《振动与冲击》在全体编委及编辑部同志的努力之下,为加强学术交流,推
Approved by the Ministry of Communications. Vibration and Shock Editorial Board’s second working meeting and academic report was held at Shanghai Cypress Hotel from March 20 to March 23, 1983. The meeting was attended by experts from the fields of mechanics, aviation, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering in China Scientific design, factories, colleges and a total of 38 units of 52 representatives. Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission director Ding Gonggong, Ministry of Communications Shanghai Shipping Institute of Transportation Party Secretary Jia Zongyi, paid director Chen Shixiong attended the meeting. In their speeches, they affirmed and encouraged the work of “Vibration and Shock” in the past year, and provided guidance on such major issues as the focus of the magazine and editorial contents. Science Press, National Defense Industry Press, Shanghai Institute of Mechanics and Shanghai Science and Technology News also sent staff to attend the meeting. The meeting was presided over by editor in chief Hu Hai-chang, and head of the editorial department, Comrade Luo Youxiang, summarized the work carried out in the past year or more.
