随着电子技术的不断发展,数字打印机逐渐取代了繁锁的人工观测、抄录数据的工作,成为工厂、科研部门常备的终端记录设备之一。当数字打印机用于巡回检测机构的终端,或者用作长期连续的分析、测量仪器的终端时,往往要求数字打印机有较高的准确性和可靠性,并且具有较长的使用寿命。然而国产数字打印机一般不能完全满足这些要求。有些打印机生产厂家为了尽量满足用户的上述要求,在设计上,把电机的开关从整机的电源中独立分开,只有收到打印命令后电机才接通。打印完毕后电机又自行停转。尽管如此,除了电机部分外,其余电子线路还是处于经常通电状态。这不仅无谓消耗了电功率,缩短了机器的寿命,而且外界干扰严重时,往往产生误打印动作。

This consumes not only unnecessary power, shorten the life of the machine, but also serious external interference, often resulting in erroneous printing action.
