目的:观察益肾降糖汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的151例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组76例和对照组75例,对照组采用常规的西医治疗即予以降糖药物口服或胰岛素注射控制血糖,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用益肾降糖的中药来治疗该病。观察并比较两组的疗效、尿ALB及24h尿蛋白定量、SCr以及BUN。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为94.7%,对照组的总有效率为81.3%,其差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);两组的尿ALB及24h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、SCr以及BUN等较治疗前均有所下降,但治疗组的效果要明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论益肾降糖汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病有显著的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yishen Jiangtang decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 76) and control group (n = 75). The control group received conventional western medicine to control the blood sugar by oral glucose administration or insulin injection.
