科技创业创新与科技金融的深度融合,是促进科技开发、成果转换和产业转型升级,提升产业创新活力的必要条件。本文通过对现有科技与金融融合的相关理论文献进行综述,并分析马鞍山市在科技与金融融合方面的一些做法和成效,分析其不足,并提出系统完善马鞍山市科技创业创新与科技金融深度融合的对策建议。
The in-depth integration of science and technology innovation and science and technology finance is a necessary condition for promoting development of science and technology, transformation of achievements and industrial restructuring and upgrading, as well as enhancing the vitality of industrial innovation. This article summarizes the relevant theories and literature on the integration of science and technology and finance, analyzes some practices and achievements in science and technology and financial integration in Ma’anshan, analyzes its shortcomings and proposes a systematic and perfect integration of science and technology innovation and science and technology finance in Ma’anshan City The countermeasures and suggestions.
