本文通过对我国公共服务体系问题的分析,指出创建多层次的公共服务供给模式是解决我国公共服务供给短缺的必然选择,提出当前深化事业单位体制改革、健全公共服务体系所应采取的对策。
By analyzing the problems of public service system in our country, this paper points out that creating a multi-level model of public service supply is an inevitable choice to solve the shortage of public service in our country and puts forward the countermeasures that should be taken to deepen institutional reform and to perfect the public service system.
