目的观察槲皮素对兔软骨细胞增殖的影响。方法采用白介素-1β(IL-1β)体外诱导兔软骨细胞,建立变性兔软骨细胞模型,将其分为空白组、模型组、30μmol/L槲皮素组、60μmol/L槲皮素组、120μmol/L槲皮素组。采用MTT比色法检测软骨细胞的增殖情况。结果模型组吸光度值显著低于空白组(P<0.01),说明IL-1β能够显著抑制软骨细胞的增殖,兔变性软骨细胞模型建立成功。模型组及不同浓度槲皮素组组间相比,吸光度值均有显著性差异(P<0.01),不同浓度的槲皮素均可明显促进变性软骨细胞的增殖,其增殖作用与槲皮素组浓度呈正相关。结论槲皮素能够显著促进IL-1β体外诱导兔软骨细胞的增殖,槲皮素具有防治骨关节炎的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of quercetin on the proliferation of rabbit chondrocytes. Methods Rabbit chondrocytes were induced by interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in vitro. Rabbit chondrocytes were divided into blank group, model group, 30μmol / L quercetin group, 60μmol / L quercetin group and 120μmol / L quercetin group. The proliferation of chondrocytes was detected by MTT colorimetry. Results The absorbance value of the model group was significantly lower than that of the blank group (P <0.01), indicating that IL-1β could significantly inhibit the proliferation of chondrocytes. The rabbit degeneration chondrocyte model was successfully established. Compared with the quercetin group and the model group, the absorbance values were significantly different (P <0.01), different concentrations of quercetin can significantly promote the proliferation of degenerative chondrocytes, and its proliferation and quercetin Group concentration was positively correlated. Conclusion Quercetin can significantly promote the proliferation of rabbit chondrocytes induced by IL-1β in vitro. Quercetin has the effect of preventing and treating osteoarthritis.
