疾病预防控制中心(以下简称疾控中心)主要职能是疾病预防控制、突发公共卫生事件应急处置、健康教育与健康促进等。疾控中心为人民生活水平的提高作出了卓越的贡献,同时,人民日益增长的需求也对疾控中心提出了更高的要求。然而,疾控中心在财务管理方面却存在着几个不容忽视的问题,这些问题严重制约了疾控中心工作水平的进一步提高。文章对疾控中心存在的问题加以探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策,以期能为我国疾控中心的实践提供理论指导。
The main functions of CDC (CDC) are disease prevention and control, emergency response to public health emergencies, health education and health promotion. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have made outstanding contributions to the improvement of people’s living standards. At the same time, the ever-increasing demand of the people has put forward higher requirements on the CDC. However, the CDC has several problems that can not be ignored in terms of financial management. These problems seriously restrict the further improvement of CDC’s work standards. The article discusses the problems existing in the CDC and puts forward corresponding solutions so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of CDC in China.
