刚过40岁的何宽华先生现任广发证券股份有限公司投行部联席总经理,1997年从北京大学获得经济系硕士学位后,何宽华进入广发证券工作,在广发证券工作已经有16年之久。与刻板的投行领导形象相反,何宽华有着崇尚自由的特质,他很赞赏卢梭的“社会契约”理念,他在微博上也常关注社会话题,问他这是不是一种知识分子情怀,他不好意思地笑了:“骨子里还是比较喜欢追求平等和自由,虽然做不了什么,但希望见到我们的社会有序地在运作。”何宽华认为自己的社会理想和行业理想有契合之处,他说:“投行是知识型组织,我们希望每个员工都有些企业家精神,都要敢想、敢做、敢说,在这种氛围下,才能把最大的潜能发挥出来。”
